Advance your imaging career in a dynamic healthcare setting as a CT Technologist, providing essential diagnostic services in a fast-paced hospital environment. This contract position begins on June 22 and involves working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 12-hour mid shifts: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • 36 hours per week

Key Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT (R) certification required
  • ARRT (CT) credential mandatory
  • BLS certification required for all staff
  • State CT license preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of recent CT experience (exceptionally strong candidates will be considered)
  • First-time travelers accepted with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficiency in biopsy drainage, trauma, angiograms (required), and stroke perfusion studies (strongly preferred)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of inpatient and outpatient CT procedures, serving adults and occasional pediatric patients
  • Deliver care in a Level II Trauma, Primary Stroke Center, and Level III NICU environment
  • Work efficiently with average patient volumes of 4 exams per hour, ensuring quality and speed
  • Rotate throughout the main Radiology department as needed
  • Operate GE CT equipment and document care using Cerner EMR
  • Collaborate with another CT technologist and an assistant during each shift
  • May be required to work one major and one minor holiday per hospital policy
  • Opportunities for voluntary on-call shifts
