Desired Experience and Skills:
- ARRT (CT) or equivalent certification required
- Experience operating both CT and PET imaging equipment
- Proficiency in performing advanced imaging protocols
- Strong knowledge of safety and radiation standards
- Exceptional attention to accuracy and detail
- Proven ability to interact compassionately with patients and work within multidisciplinary teams
- Prior travel experience is valued but not necessary
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality CT and PET scans for diagnostic purposes
- Verify patient identity, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and safety throughout imaging
- Calibrate and maintain imaging equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain rigorous documentation and quality controls
- Uphold all infection control, HIPAA, and facility guidelines
