This travel opportunity is ideal for a skilled imaging professional eager to broaden their expertise by working in a busy, progressive environment. You’ll collaborate with supportive cross-disciplinary teams, learn from different leadership styles, and help patients from the emergency department, inpatient and observational units, and outpatient areas. The facility is recognized for its stroke accreditation and utilizes leading-edge imaging technology and software, providing the perfect setting for furthering your career.

Schedule/Hours

  • Department provides Cardiac CT imaging on a day shift, 7 days/week
  • Variable schedules available, including weekdays and weekends
  • Orientation includes 1 day of administrative onboarding plus up to 1 week of departmental training

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years of CT imaging experience
  • ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT required
  • BLS certification
  • Proficient in starting peripheral IVs, venous and arterial phase, multi-phase scanning, stroke perfusion, and colorectal studies
  • TeraRecon proficiency preferred, not required
  • First-time travelers welcome

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of CT procedures, including ED, inpatient, outpatient, and guided invasive studies
  • Collaborate with radiology nursing support and clinical teams
  • Operate Siemens Definition, Siemens Force, and Siemens Edge + CT scanners
  • Utilize Epic EMR, Epic Radiant RIS, and Philips iSite PACS
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort, following all protocols and policies
