Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification or registry in Computed Tomography (CT) and/or PET Imaging Technology (ARRT or NMTCB)
- Recent experience operating CT and PET/CT equipment in a clinical or hospital setting
- Proficient in patient positioning, radiation safety, and imaging protocols
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and position patients for CT and PET/CT scans based on physician orders
- Operate imaging equipment to produce clear, high-quality diagnostic images
- Review images for accuracy and collaborate with radiologists for further evaluation
- Document and maintain patient records with attention to detail and HIPAA compliance
- Monitor equipment functionality, complete routine quality control, and report issues promptly
- Maintain a safe and comforting environment for patients by adhering to safety protocols and providing education before procedures

$2,138 - $2,326/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
