Job Type Contract

Take on a pivotal role as an experienced CT/PET Technologist working in a dynamic imaging department. This contract assignment offers the opportunity to perform advanced CT imaging in a collaborative, patient-focused setting.

Schedule:

  • 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week
  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • No on-call or floating requirements
  • Holiday coverage for any holidays falling within your scheduled shifts

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CT Technologist
  • ARRT (R)(CT) licensure required
  • Active BLS certification
  • Proficiency operating GE CT equipment
  • Strong background in fast-paced, multidisciplinary imaging, including routine and STAT CTs for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency cases
  • Ability to prioritize exams based on acuity (including Code Strokes), and knowledge of post-processing techniques
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR, Epic Radiant RIS, and Philips iSite PACS highly preferred
  • First-time travelers welcome

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic CT imaging for a variety of patient populations (ED, inpatient, outpatient, observation)
  • Ensure timely, high-quality imaging with attention to departmental workflow and patient safety
  • Collaborate fully with radiology staff and other departments to coordinate patient care
  • Utilize GE Revolution Apex CT system and Bayer MedRad dual-head contrast injector
  • Adhere to facility policies and participate in an efficient onboarding process
