CT Technologist in Mooresville, NC

Schedule/Hours:

• 10-hour day shifts
• Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week

Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CT or CT/PET Technologist (ARRT, NMTCB, or equivalent)
• Valid, unrestricted state license or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
• Minimum one year of relevant CT or CT/PET experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Proficient in patient positioning, scan protocol selection, radiation safety, and image quality assessment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and/or PET imaging procedures according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Prepare patients for imaging exams, explaining procedures, and ensuring comfort and safety throughout
• Operate imaging equipment, ensuring accurate and high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain detailed imaging and patient records in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring providers to ensure optimal patient care and accurate results
• Adhere to all facility guidelines, including infection control, privacy, and safety standards
• Work scheduled holidays that coincide with assigned shifts; no on-call, weekend, or floating required
