Step into a vital CT/X-ray technologist role providing essential imaging services for a critical access hospital and its affiliated clinic. This is a contract opportunity offering same-day interviews and offers—perfect for those ready to make an immediate impact.

Schedule and On-call Details:

• 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. schedule
• 2–3 nights of call per week, with 2–4 days of call in total
• Enjoy a guaranteed four-day weekend regularly, as provided by the manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans and X-rays for both the hospital and attached clinic (open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
• Utilize Carestream equipment for X-ray (including portable units) and GE 660 for CT imaging
• Operate within an environment supporting a 20-bed facility, critical access care, and an active emergency department
• Complete documentation and charting using Cerner and PACS systems
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver diagnostic imaging that guides patient care
• Take part in urgent and routine coverage, ensuring consistent access to imaging for patients

Skills and Qualifications:

• ARRT (R) certification required; a pending Kansas state license is acceptable
• Experience with Carestream X-ray equipment and GE 660 CT scanners preferred
• Proficiency in Cerner charting and PACS x-ray systems
• Flexibility for on-call shifts as described
• Reliable and adaptable with a focus on patient safety and teamwork
