Key Qualifications:
- Active ARRT (CT) certification required
- Proven experience as a CT and/or PET/CT Technologist
- Valid state radiologic technologist license, or eligibility to obtain
- Strong understanding of radiation safety and infection control protocols
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate CT and PET/CT imaging equipment, ensuring optimal quality diagnostic images
- Accurately follow physician imaging orders and protocols
- Maintain patient privacy and comfort throughout procedures
- Properly document, store, and share imaging results
- Support patient education and answer pre- and post-procedure questions
- Contribute to department quality assurance initiatives
