Qualifications and Experience:

• ARRT (CT) certification is required
• Demonstrated experience as a CT and/or CT/PET Technologist
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and standard imaging protocols
• Competency with CT and PET/CT equipment and associated software
• Ability to adapt to new technology and dynamic patient needs
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and CT/PET scanners to perform diagnostic imaging examinations in accordance with physicians’ orders and departmental protocols
• Prepare and position patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout procedures
• Monitor imaging results for quality and use critical thinking to identify potential technical or patient care concerns
• Maintain accurate patient records and image documentation within the system
• Follow all infection control and safety policies, and ensure proper use of PPE and preventive measures
• Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and co-workers to facilitate seamless patient care
