Key Qualifications:

• Certified Radiologic Technologist with CT registry (ARRT CT)
• Prior experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting
• Proficient with imaging equipment and related technology
• Strong understanding of patient positioning, anatomy, and radiation safety
• Excellent attention to detail when producing and reviewing images
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with patients and medical staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
• Clearly explain procedures to patients and address any questions or concerns
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CT imaging equipment
• Adhere to strict safety standards, including ALARA principles and infection control measures
• Accurately document procedures, patient information, and quality assurance checks
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to support optimal diagnostic outcomes
• Assist with contrast administration according to protocols, observing for adverse reactions
