CT Technologist - Mountain Home, TX

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled professional experienced in CT and PET imaging. This contract role is ideal for candidates who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to support immediate patient care needs with advanced imaging expertise.

Schedule:

• 5x8-hour shifts
• Choice of Days or Nights

Required Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification
• Experience with CT scanning
• Familiarity with PET imaging
• X-ray experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to patient safety and image quality
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both clinical and technical teams
• Quick adaptability and readiness for immediate start
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and PET imaging studies
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment according to established protocols
• Accurately position patients and ensure comfort and safety throughout the procedure
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring providers to ensure appropriate imaging and reporting
• Follow all safety procedures and departmental guidelines
• Document procedures and patient information thoroughly and accurately
• Contribute to an efficient workflow and positive atmosphere, supporting colleagues as needed
• Adapt quickly to evolving schedules and workload demands
