A skilled CT Technologist is needed to provide high-quality imaging services within a healthcare environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals experienced in conducting CT scans and providing accurate imaging to assist in patient diagnosis and care. Working alongside a collaborative radiology team, you’ll ensure patient comfort and safety while producing detailed, clear images for medical evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images according to physician orders.
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures with attention to safety, comfort, and appropriate technique.
• Review images for clarity and accuracy before being submitted to radiologists or physicians.
• Adhere to infection control and radiation safety procedures at all times.
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Respond to patient questions and address concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient care.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification and registration as a CT Technologist (ARRT CT preferred).
• Demonstrated experience as a CT Tech, with proficiency in operating CT equipment.
• Knowledge of anatomy, imaging protocols, and safety practices related to CT imaging.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and staff.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
• BLS certification required.
