A skilled CT Technologist is needed to provide high-quality imaging services within a healthcare environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals experienced in conducting CT scans and providing accurate imaging to assist in patient diagnosis and care. Working alongside a collaborative radiology team, you’ll ensure patient comfort and safety while producing detailed, clear images for medical evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images according to physician orders.
- Prepare and position patients for CT procedures with attention to safety, comfort, and appropriate technique.
- Review images for clarity and accuracy before being submitted to radiologists or physicians.
- Adhere to infection control and radiation safety procedures at all times.
- Accurately document procedures and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Respond to patient questions and address concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient care.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification and registration as a CT Technologist (ARRT CT preferred).
- Demonstrated experience as a CT Tech, with proficiency in operating CT equipment.
- Knowledge of anatomy, imaging protocols, and safety practices related to CT imaging.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and staff.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
- BLS certification required.

$2,638 - $2,790/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
