CT Tech CT Technologist | New Haven, Connecticut

Advance your career by providing expert imaging services as a CT Technologist on a contract basis. This role involves working overnight shifts from 11:00pm to 7:30am, including every other weekend, ensuring vital diagnostic support to patients and healthcare teams during key hours.

Schedule:

• 11:00pm – 7:30am shift
• Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (CT) certification required
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Prior experience performing computed tomography (CT) imaging in a healthcare setting is highly desirable
• Strong working knowledge of CT imaging procedures, safety protocols, and patient positioning
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently during overnight hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
• Follow precise protocols to ensure patient and technician safety
• Accurately document patient information, procedure details, and imaging results in accordance with established procedures
• Communicate clearly with physicians, radiologists, and nursing staff regarding imaging results and procedure status
• Prepare and assist patients for CT procedures, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns
• Perform routine equipment checks and help maintain a clean, organized imaging environment

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
