Looking for your next ICU contract with scheduling flexibility? We're hiring experienced ICU travel nurses for a Float Pool position at a major academic medical center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Whether you prefer days or nights, there are multiple schedules available, giving you the opportunity to choose the assignment that best fits your lifestyle.

Available Schedules

• 3x12 Day Shift
• 3x12 Night Shift
• 4x12 Night Shift

Pay Ranges:

• 36 hours/week: $1820-$2110/week
• 48 hours/week: $2540-$2819/week

Assignment Highlights

• 13-week travel contract
• Float Pool position covering multiple ICU specialties
• 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Every other weekend rotation
• No call required
• Epic EMR

You'll float between several critical care units as needed, including MICU, SICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, TICU, and Burn ICU. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced ICU nurses who enjoy working with a variety of patient populations and thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• BLS & ACLS required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Previous travel experience required
• Epic experience required
• CPI and CCRN preferred
• First-time travelers are not eligible for this assignment
