Qualifications:
- Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, ARRT, or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Graduate of a program accredited by JRCNMT or CAMRT
- At least one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist in an acute clinical radiology setting
- Strong knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment
- Extensive background in anatomy and medical terminology
- Current BCLS certification
- Proficient with computers and digital imaging systems
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality imaging services
- Support radiologists in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Ensure accurate processing and transmission of images to PACS
- Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Communicate clearly with patients, providing compassionate care throughout
