Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and PET/CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and established protocols
• Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Prepare and position patients appropriately for accurate diagnostic image acquisition
• Communicate with radiologists and referring physicians to facilitate timely, accurate results
• Document all procedures and maintain comprehensive patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Adhere to quality assurance and infection control standards
• Provide compassionate care and instruction to patients throughout the diagnostic process

Qualifications:

• ARRT (CT) certification required; PET/CT experience strongly preferred
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a hospital or clinical setting performing CT and PET/CT procedures
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Solid understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging principles
• Proficient in equipment calibration, patient positioning, and safe use of radiopharmaceuticals
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to professional development

$2,250 - $2,448/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
