Travel CT Technologist - North Charleston, South Carolina

Located in vibrant North Charleston, SC, this travel assignment offers the perfect blend of professional challenge and coastal adventure. By joining this setting, you’ll support an emergency department at a free-standing ER and collaborate with seasoned professionals, gaining insights into a variety of workplace practices and leadership approaches. With exposure to the latest equipment and complex cases, you’ll enrich your clinical experience and boost your resume for future growth.

Schedule:

• Friday-Sunday: 7:00pm – 7:30am
• 2 call shifts per month
• Holiday coverage as required
• Opportunity to rotate to other shifts based on staffing needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and general radiology exams in a busy 12-room ED
• Operate GE Optima 660 CT and Proteus x-ray equipment
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation in Meditech
• Collaborate with emergency and diagnostic staff to optimize patient care

Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification: ARRT (R)(CT), SCRQSA, BLS
• Prior experience as a general radiology technologist
• Proven clinical background handling CT in acute/ED settings
• Proficiency in working independently during overnight shifts
• Commitment to high standards for patient care and safety
