Key Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (CT) certification required
• Minimum one year of recent experience in CT imaging
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT imaging principles
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Skilled in using various CT equipment and imaging software
• Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans following physician orders and established protocols
• Properly position patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and document each procedure
• Monitor equipment for optimal functionality and report issues promptly
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for accurate image interpretation
• Prioritize patient safety, following strict radiation protection guidelines
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients throughout the imaging process
