CT Tech CT Technologist in Novi, MI

An opportunity is available for a skilled professional with CT imaging expertise to support emergency room, inpatient, and outpatient services at a trauma level 2 setting. This position requires experience in advanced imaging environments and a strong ability to adapt in a fast-paced hospital environment. The contract spans 13 weeks, making it an excellent fit for those seeking to make a meaningful impact in a clinical setting.

Schedule:

• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT (CT) certification required
• Active BLS certification required
• Minimum of two years of CT experience in a hospital environment
• Proficiency working with GE and Philips CT equipment
• Experience with imaging workstations is essential
• Prior experience supporting ER, inpatient, and outpatient units
• Adaptability and strong communication skills for a busy trauma center setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans for ER, inpatient, and outpatient populations
• Operate GE and Philips CT scanners safely and efficiently
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including radiologists, nurses, and physicians
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Monitor patient safety and respond promptly to emergent situations
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure patient comfort throughout scanning procedures
