Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification or registry in Computed Tomography (CT), such as ARRT (CT)
• Previous experience operating CT scanners and related imaging equipment
• Thorough understanding of safety protocols regarding radiation and patient care
• Proficiency with digital imaging, PACS systems, and basic patient documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient comfort
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced hospital setting and collaborate effectively with clinical staff

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans according to established protocols, ensuring image quality and diagnostic value
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, explaining processes and providing reassurance
• Accurately document patient information and imaging specifics in the electronic medical record
• Monitor patients during examinations, responding swiftly to any complications or concerns
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas, including calibration and routine maintenance of CT equipment
• Uphold strict compliance with safety and infection control standards
