Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CT scans according to physician instructions, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Prepare and position patients for procedures, explaining steps and addressing questions to create a supportive environment.
  • Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment, monitoring for performance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Review imaging results and communicate findings to radiologists promptly.
  • Ensure safety protocols, including radiation protection, are always followed.
  • Accurately document patient history, procedures, and imaging outcomes in electronic medical records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Specific schedule and shift information will be provided during the interview process.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of accredited radiologic technology program with certification as a CT Technologist.
  • Current and valid ARRT (CT) credential preferred.
  • State licensure (if required).
  • Proven experience utilizing CT imaging equipment in a clinical or hospital environment.
  • Knowledge of safety and patient care standards relating to imaging procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to comfort and assess patients.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
