CT Technologist - Overland Park, KS

Qualifications:

• Active ARRT (CT) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Kansas (KS) radiologic technologist license
• Experience with GE Optimas equipment is essential
• Strong trauma imaging background
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly in a team with 1–2 technologists on shift
• Proficiency in documentation using McKesson PACS and Meditech systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform all CT imaging exams according to physician protocols
• Deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care in urgent and routine clinical scenarios
• Maintain accurate, timely charting within hospital documentation systems
• Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Collaborate closely with fellow technologists, unit secretaries, and care partners to ensure seamless workflow
• Strictly adhere to hospital protocols, including compliance with dress policy of black scrubs
