CT Tech CT Technologist - Overland Park, Kansas

A skilled imaging professional is needed to provide essential CT services for a 13-week assignment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering quality care and working in a collaborative environment.

Schedule:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Weekend day shifts: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid ARRT(CT) certification
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience in CT imaging and operation of CT equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans as ordered by physicians, following strict safety protocols
• Accurately position patients to ensure diagnostic image quality
• Review images for clarity and completeness before releasing to the radiologist
• Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures to ensure comfort
• Maintain accurate records and document imaging procedures in accordance with regulations
• Assist with equipment checks and adhere to maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functioning
