CT Technologist in Owasso, OK

Schedule:

• 3x12 hour night shifts
• 6:45 pm – 7:15 am

Key Qualifications:

• Proficient in CT and PET/CT imaging techniques
• Current ARRT (CT) certification or equivalent credentials
• Previous experience performing imaging procedures independently
• Strong knowledge of imaging safety protocols and radiology best practices
• Detail-oriented with excellent technical troubleshooting skills
• Able to provide compassionate patient interaction during procedures
• BLS certification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and PET/CT imaging examinations according to physician orders
• Prepare and position patients using proper technique for varied diagnostic procedures
• Monitor imaging equipment for safe, accurate outputs and initiate minor troubleshooting as needed
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other care staff to ensure timely and efficient workflow
• Accurately document patient history, procedural details, and imaging results in the appropriate record system
• Uphold safety standards and infection control procedures at all times
• Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients throughout each exam
