CT Technologist in Owasso, OK

Exciting opportunity for an experienced CT/PET Technologist to deliver specialized imaging care within a respected healthcare environment. This contract position focuses on providing top-quality diagnostic services using advanced CT and PET imaging technology.

Schedule:

• 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Nights: 6:45 pm – 7:15 am

Key Qualifications:

• Proficient in CT and PET imaging modalities, including operation and troubleshooting of advanced equipment
• Current certification as a CT Technologist; ARRT (CT) preferred
• Demonstrated experience in both CT and PET imaging within a clinical or hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of safety guidelines, radiation exposure limits, and sterile technique
• Ability to work efficiently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with commitment to accurate image capture and patient documentation
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, promoting patient comfort throughout exams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality CT and PET scans as ordered by physicians
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Review and interpret imaging requests, ensuring proper protocols are followed
• Calibrate and maintain equipment in compliance with manufacturer and hospital standards
• Accurately document procedures, patient history, and imaging results in medical records
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and other clinical team members
• Observe strict adherence to infection control and patient privacy regulations
