Qualifications & Skills:

• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT preferred)
• Experience operating CT and X-ray equipment; PET/CT technology experience strongly desired
• Valid state license to practice as a radiologic technologist
• Strong knowledge of safety standards for imaging procedures, radiation protection, and patient care
• Proficient technical skills in producing diagnostic-quality images
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical setting

Schedule:

• Contract assignment with full-time hours

Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of imaging exams, including CT scans, X-rays, and PET/CT procedures, according to physician orders and department protocol
• Prepare and position patients for imaging studies, ensuring comfort and safety
• Operate advanced imaging equipment and monitor image quality
• Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to ensure accurate diagnostic results
• Maintain accurate patient and exam records in compliance with HIPAA and facility policies
• Adhere to accreditation and regulatory standards for imaging services
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients before, during, and after procedures
