Exciting opportunity for an experienced imaging professional skilled in CT, X-ray, and PET technologies. This contract position is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care through advanced imaging modalities. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology required
• Additional certification in CT, PET, or both highly preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ hands-on experience in a clinical imaging department
• Strong proficiency operating CT, X-ray, and PET equipment
• Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff
• Commitment to patient safety and quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-rays, CT scans, and PET procedures as ordered by medical providers
• Review patient histories and explain procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Operate imaging equipment, accurately positioning patients for optimal image acquisition
• Monitor imaging results for quality and clarity, following protocols for repeat images when necessary
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other technologists to deliver coordinated care
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
