Advance your career as a dedicated CT Technologist, specializing in advanced imaging and X-ray, with a structured 13-week contract assignment. You’ll play a pivotal role in patient imaging utilizing a Siemens 64 Somatom scanner, contributing to exceptional patient care and diagnostic accuracy.

Schedule/Hours:

• 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each
• Day shift: 7:00am – 5:30pm
• On-call duty: 5:30pm – 10:30pm, two nights weekly following a regular shift

Key Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification
• Active California Radiologic Technologist License
• Proof of BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Valid Fluoroscopy and IV certifications
• Strong background in CT imaging, with specific experience on Siemens 64 Somatom equipment
• Previous X-ray imaging experience required
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans and X-ray imaging on patients as per physician orders
• Ensure imaging protocols are adhered to, optimizing image quality for accurate diagnosis
• Operate and maintain the Siemens 64 Somatom CT scanner and related equipment
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies, maintaining a secure environment for patients and staff
• Document imaging procedures promptly and accurately within electronic medical records
• Participate in call rotation as required, demonstrating responsiveness and commitment
