Skills and Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Active ARRT (CT) certification required
• Current state licensure to perform CT imaging procedures
• Prior experience operating CT equipment in a clinical setting preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines
• BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans for a variety of clinical indications as ordered by physicians
• Properly position and prepare patients, ensuring safety and comfort throughout exams
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond appropriately to emergent situations
• Review images for technical quality and submit to radiologists for interpretation
• Maintain equipment, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
• Accurately complete documentation and patient records in accordance with facility policies
• Work collaboratively with other technologists, nurses, and physicians to deliver optimal imaging services
• Adhere to infection control and radiation safety standards
