- Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: 10:00am – 11:00pm
Qualifications:
- Current NJ Radiology License required
- Registered with ARRT (CT)
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
- Previous experience performing CT and PET/CT procedures
- Proven ability to operate imaging equipment efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively with clinical teams
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and PET/CT scans according to physicians’ orders and clinical protocols
- Accurately position patients for optimal imaging results while maintaining safety and comfort
- Evaluate images for technical quality prior to releasing them for interpretation
- Collaborate with radiologists and referring providers to relay pertinent findings and address workflow priorities
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation promptly
- Adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and privacy regulations
- Troubleshoot equipment and report any malfunctions to appropriate personnel
- Educate and guide patients through procedures, addressing any concerns
