Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Registered or registry-eligible with ARRT (CT) or equivalent
  • Previous clinical experience performing CT and CT/PET scans
  • Proficient in operating advanced imaging equipment
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and radiation protection protocols
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate patient-centered approach
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality CT and CT/PET imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders
  • Properly position patients, explain procedures, and ensure their comfort and safety
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely, accurate results
  • Manage equipment operation, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure routine maintenance and cleanliness
  • Adhere strictly to department protocols, hospital policies, and compliance standards
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation
  • Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
