Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in CT (Computed Tomography) required
• Experience operating both CT and PET/CT scanners
• Alabama state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Strong understanding of imaging safety standards and protocols
• Proven ability to adapt effectively in diverse healthcare environments
• BLS certification (current)

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and PET/CT scans with precision, adhering to physician orders and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records
• Provide support to patients during procedures, ensuring comfort and clear communication
• Troubleshoot and maintain imaging equipment as needed
