Schedule:

  • Day shift; shift schedule may vary

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CT Technologist, PET/CT Technologist, or similar imaging role
  • Proficiency with CT equipment and protocols; PET/CT experience strongly preferred
  • Valid ARRT certification, applicable state licensure, and completion of an accredited radiology program
  • Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
  • Commitment to infection control and patient confidentiality
  • Covid vaccination is required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and advanced CT, PET/CT scans according to established procedures
  • Prepare patients for imaging studies, explaining procedures, and addressing concerns to ensure comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and referring medical staff to produce comprehensive and accurate images
  • Maintain imaging equipment; perform quality assurance and basic troubleshooting
  • Accurately document all patient and study information in the electronic medical record
  • Recognize and respond to emergencies and patient needs swiftly and professionally
