Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and PET scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
- Operate and maintain complex imaging equipment, adhering to all protocols for accuracy and safety.
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure optimal imaging results and patient outcomes.
- Accurately document procedures, findings, and patient information in electronic medical records.
- Assist in scheduling, patient preparation, and post-procedure care as needed.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current ARRT (CT) certification and/or NMTCB (PET) certification required.
- Proven hands-on experience as a CT Technologist or CT/PET Technologist.
- Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to interact effectively with patients of varying backgrounds.
- Familiarity with radiation safety standards and current best practices.
