CT Technologist - Peyton, Colorado

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven competence in operating CT imaging equipment and administering CT scans
• Current ARRT (CT) certification required
• Valid state licensure in radiologic technology
• Minimum of 1 year experience in CT imaging, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
• Strong understanding of radiation safety standards and best practices
• Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
• Ability to remain calm and resourceful in urgent or critical situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Prepare, position, and monitor patients throughout the imaging process ensuring comfort and safety
• Evaluate scan quality and troubleshoot equipment as needed
• Accurately document patient history, technical factors, and scan results in electronic records
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to provide timely, precise images for diagnosis
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of imaging suites and comply with infection control guidelines
• Adhere to all facility policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices
