CT Technologist in Pike Road, AL

Schedule:

• Three 12-hour shifts (Friday–Sunday)

Qualifications & Experience:

• ARRT and BLS certifications required
• ARRT-CT certification required for CT Tech role; state license preferred
• At least 1 year of strong CT/CT-PET experience; first-time travelers considered with 2+ years relevant experience
• Proficiency with GE CT systems; experience using Cerner EMR preferred
• Must be adept with CT biopsies, drainage, trauma, angiogram procedures; stroke perfusion experience highly desirable
• Comfort working with adult inpatient/outpatient populations (occasional pediatric outpatients/ED)
• Willingness to float within the main Radiology department

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality CT and PET imaging for a diverse patient base, managing an average of 4 patients per hour
• Perform and assist with specialized imaging procedures, including biopsies and angiograms, supporting rapid diagnosis and intervention
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic clinical setting, including inpatient and outpatient areas
• Uphold rigorous patient safety and imaging standards across all cases
• Adapt to flexible scheduling needs, including occasional holiday and weekend rotation as required
