Advance your imaging career in a high-acuity setting providing critical CT services within a major healthcare facility. This contract role offers the opportunity to utilize your technical skills and deliver quality diagnostic care to a diverse patient population, including both inpatients and outpatients. The start date is set for June 22, with a 12-hour mid-shift schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, totaling 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of CT experience with strong competency; 2 years’ experience preferred for first-time travelers
  • Current ARRT certification (Radiography and CT)
  • BLS certification required
  • State license preferred
  • Proven skills in CT biopsy drainage, trauma, angiogram procedures (required), and stroke perfusion (strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with GE CT equipment and Cerner EMR
  • Excellent teamwork—2 CT techs and an assistant per shift

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a broad range of CT procedures for adult and occasional pediatric patients (average 40 patients per day)
  • Deliver quality care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting trauma, stroke, and other high-priority cases
  • Float as needed within the Radiology department and hospital
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records using Cerner
  • Participate in hospital and unit orientations, and assist team members as needed
