Schedule/Hours:

  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Flexible scheduling options: four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts (total 40 hours per week)

Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT (CT) certification
  • Active Pennsylvania radiologic technologist license
  • Demonstrated experience operating both CT and PET imaging systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to assess and prioritize patient needs
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor

Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT and PET imaging procedures with a focus on patient safety and comfort
  • Properly position patients and calibrate equipment for optimal images
  • Monitor image quality and adjust protocols as required
  • Accurately document procedure notes and patient information within electronic medical records
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and departmental regulations regarding radiation safety and infection control
  • Coordinate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely results and exceptional patient care
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of imaging equipment; report malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly
