Schedule:

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating CT and PET imaging equipment
  • Specific proficiency with Siemens CT systems required
  • Appropriate radiologic technologist certification and registration (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Valid state licensure, as applicable
  • Detailed knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols
  • Strong communication skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality CT and PET scans, ensuring patient safety and optimal image acquisition
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, adhering to established protocols
  • Review images for clarity, making adjustments as necessary for diagnostic accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records in compliance with facility standards
  • Operate Siemens imaging systems, troubleshooting and calibrating equipment as needed
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, radiologists, and support staff to deliver seamless care
  • Monitor inventory of imaging supplies and assist in maintaining a clean, safe workspace
