CT Tech CT Tech in Portland, OR

Skilled imaging professionals with CT expertise are needed for a 13-week assignment supporting high-quality patient care. This contract opportunity calls for an experienced technologist comfortable working with Siemens Flash Dual Source and Perspective CT machines.

Schedule & Shift:

• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
• Shift: Day shifts

Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered with ARRT(CT) and current BLS certification required
• Recent experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or clinical environment
• Strong working knowledge of Siemens Flash Dual Source and Perspective CT scanners
• Proficient with patient positioning, scanning protocols, and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive healthcare team

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CT equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures per physician orders
• Prepare and position patients safely for optimal image quality
• Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines for radiation exposure
• Collaborate with radiologists and other care team members to deliver timely, accurate studies
• Monitor patients during procedures and address any concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in the electronic health system
