CT Tech CT Technologist - Portland, OR

An excellent opportunity awaits an experienced CT Technologist to deliver exceptional care in a dynamic imaging department. This contract position spans 13 weeks and calls for a skilled professional ready to work independently, utilizing state-of-the-art Siemens Flash Dual Source and Perspective equipment.

Schedule:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Shifts run Wednesday through Friday, 10:00am to 10:30pm

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT(CT) certification
• Valid BLS certification
• Active Oregon state license
• Demonstrated proficiency in starting IVs
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience operating Siemens Flash Dual Source and Perspective CT machines is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT imaging studies independently, ensuring accuracy and diagnostic value
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, providing clear instructions and compassionate support
• Initiate and manage intravenous lines as required for contrast administration
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the imaging equipment
• Uphold safety standards and maintain infection control policies throughout all procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care

$2,475 - $2,693/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
