Qualifications & Skills:
- Registered or certified CT Technologist (ARRT-CT preferred)
- Proven experience operating CT imaging equipment
- In-depth understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols
- Familiarity with radiation safety standards and ALARA principles
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and position patients for CT procedures according to physician prescriptions
- Acquire high-quality CT images and assess technical acceptability
- Administer contrast materials safely, when required
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond effectively to any emergencies
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all privacy guidelines (HIPAA)
- Calibrate and maintain imaging equipment, reporting issues promptly
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
- Adhere to facility protocols and infection control measures

$2,451 - $2,584/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
