Job Description

Soliant is seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Providence, Rhode Island. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced imaging department and work with a variety of advanced imaging systems in a supportive clinical environment.

The department utilizes a combination of Philips Carestream and GE imaging equipment, including standard X-ray systems, portable imaging units, and C-Arms. Candidates with experience across multiple imaging platforms are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures following physician orders
• Prepare and position patients for imaging examinations
• Operate Philips Carestream and GE imaging equipment safely and effectively
• Utilize portable imaging equipment and C-Arms as needed
• Ensure high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis
• Maintain patient records and imaging documentation
• Follow radiation safety protocols and department procedures

• Knowledge of radiation safety procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications/Education:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field

Experience:

• Previous X-Ray Technologist experience required
• Experience with Philips Carestream equipment preferred
• Experience with GE imaging equipment preferred
• Experience with portable imaging equipment and C-Arms preferred

Work Hours

• 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, 40 hours per week; Wednesday through Sunday, no call required

Compensation for this position ranges from $22.05 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
