This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to adhering to imaging protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in CT imaging, with experience in operating modern CT equipment
  • Certification by ARRT (CT) or equivalent
  • Valid state radiologic technologist license (if required)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of radiology information systems and PACS preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality CT scans as ordered by referring providers
  • Prepare and position patients, providing clear explanations and support
  • Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff
  • Monitor images for clarity and troubleshoot equipment as needed
  • Maintain detailed, accurate patient records
  • Follow all infection control and safety procedures
