Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT (CT) certification required
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a CT Technologist
  • Minimum of 1 year of CT imaging experience preferred
  • Familiarity with advanced imaging protocols and safety procedures
  • Proficient in operating and troubleshooting CT equipment and PACS systems
  • Excellent communication skills and compassionate patient care abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and departmental protocols
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety before, during, and after imaging procedures
  • Prepare and administer contrast materials when required, adhering to established guidelines
  • Document exams, maintain accurate patient records, and monitor equipment operation
  • Coordinate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for optimal diagnostic results
  • Adhere to all radiation safety and infection control protocols
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure equipment is serviced as needed
