Bring your expertise in imaging to a specialized setting, working with advanced CT and PET technology. In this contract position, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated medical team to provide high-quality patient care, focusing on accurate diagnostic imaging and a streamlined workflow.
Schedule:
- Four 10-hour night shifts, 8:00pm–6:30am (Sunday–Wednesday)
Qualifications:
- Current ARRT certification required
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proven experience as a CT or CT/PET Technologist, demonstrating proficiency with imaging protocols and patient positioning
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and demonstrate Reliability
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and PET imaging studies following established protocols and safety procedures
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring patient comfort and accurate results
- Monitor and assess patients’ condition throughout exams, reacting promptly to emergent situations if necessary
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal function and image quality
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide critical diagnostic information
- Document procedures and patient interactions in accordance with facility requirements
