CT Tech CT Technologist in Rolla, KS

An excellent opportunity is open for a skilled CT/X-Ray Technologist to provide essential imaging services in a critical access hospital setting. This urgent, contract-based role allows you to make an immediate impact—same day interview and offer available for qualified candidates.

Schedule & Call Requirements:

• Primary shift: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Call responsibilities: 2-4 days per week, 2-3 nights of call
• Manager ensures a 4-day weekend for each technologist regularly

Key Qualifications:

• ARRT (R) certification required; pending Kansas state license acceptable
• Proficiency in both CT and X-Ray imaging
• Experience using Carestream equipment (x-ray), GE 660 (CT), as well as portable machines
• Familiarity with Cerner charting and PACS x-ray systems
• Flexible and adaptable, able to handle active E.R. and fast-paced, clinic-linked hospital environment
• Reliability and professionalism to fulfill urgent scheduling needs and occasional on-call responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic CT and X-ray exams for inpatients, outpatients, and ER patients
• Support the clinic’s imaging needs during core hours (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Maintain accurate documentation within Cerner and PACS systems
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, serving a 20-bed critical access hospital and attached clinic
• Respond promptly to imaging requests and contribute to efficient department workflow
• Uphold patient safety, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance
