Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a CT or CT/PET Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Proven experience performing general Radiology exams, including x-ray, fluoroscopy, portable imaging, and operating room cases
  • Strong knowledge of PET/CT protocols, safety procedures, and patient care best practices
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot advanced imaging equipment efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with healthcare teams
  • Detail-oriented approach to documentation and patient records

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough, high-quality CT and PET imaging studies as ordered by physicians
  • Perform a wide range of radiology procedures such as fluoroscopy, general x-rays, and mobile imaging
  • Prepare and position patients in accordance with safety guidelines and procedure requirements
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure accurate and timely diagnostics
  • Maintain detailed documentation and comply with regulatory standards for safety and patient confidentiality
  • Support department needs during various shifts, adapting to changing priorities as necessary
