CT Technologist - Salem, NH

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine program
• ARRT (CT) or NMTCB certification required; PET/CT credentialing preferred
• Current state license (if applicable)
• Experience operating and maintaining CT and PET/CT equipment
• Strong understanding of safety protocols for radiation and infection control
• Exceptional communication and patient care abilities
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for CT and PET/CT scans, ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures
• Operate advanced imaging equipment, optimizing protocols for accurate image acquisition
• Verify patient identification and procedure orders, maintaining thorough documentation
• Monitor patient reactions during procedures and respond appropriately to emergent situations
• Adhere to all compliance, quality assurance, and safety guidelines in imaging practices
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, radiologists, and care teams to deliver timely, high-quality results
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging rooms and equipment
