This is an excellent opportunity for professionals skilled in Imaging – CT, offering a dynamic contract assignment within a reputable acute care hospital. The facility serves as a Joint Commission Accredited Primary Stroke Center, providing a broad range of services, including cardiology, orthopedics, general surgery, ophthalmology, and more. With modern diagnostic capabilities and a collaborative environment, this setting enables technologists to work at the heart of advanced patient care.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Weekly orientation held every Monday

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency and experience in operating CT imaging equipment
  • Valid certification in radiologic technology and CT (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Previous experience as a CT Technologist preferred, especially within acute care or hospital settings
  • Commitment to excellent patient care and teamwork
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
  • Prepare patients for examinations, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort and safety
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment in alignment with safety protocols
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal diagnostic outcomes
  • Document and report findings accurately in the electronic medical record system
  • Adhere to all infection prevention and radiation safety guidelines
