CT Technologist - Sanford, North Carolina

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficient in operating CT imaging equipment and performing diagnostic scans
• Previous experience in an acute care hospital environment strongly preferred
• Current ARRT (CT) or equivalent certification, along with applicable state credentials
• Robust knowledge of imaging safety protocols, radiation safety, and infection control standards
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with patients and healthcare colleagues
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with diverse patient populations

Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely perform a range of CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and facility guidelines
• Accurately prepare patients for scans, explain procedures, and provide empathetic support throughout the process
• Ensure quality imaging results for optimal diagnostic usefulness, reviewing images for clarity and correctness
• Strictly maintain and document equipment calibration, maintenance, and cleaning
• Collaborate with clinicians and other staff to support timely diagnosis and care
• Uphold all hospital safety, privacy, and regulatory standards
